In 2002, Crawford transitioned roles, becoming the Plant Manager for Foundry and Flange Fabrication Businesses at Clow Water Systems. By 2012, he returned to Coshocton to assume his current role at McWane Ductile Ohio, leading the business to innovate and foster strategic growth.
